Head to our Discord and then go the #create-a-ticket channel under the Support Category to begin your appeal.
Select which Gamemode the punishment occurred on and an option to create a punishment appeal will appear under the Tickets Category on the left side of your screen.
A series of questions will be asked to allow staff to understand why you are appealing. These must be answered fully and honestly.
This is your opportunity to discuss why you believe the punishment is invalid.

The Senior Staff Team will review the evidence submitted by the staff member who issued the punishment to determine validity.
<aside> 🧑⚖️ The Decision
</aside>
Should the Senior Staff Team decide your punishment was invalid, the appeal will be accepted and the punishment undone and purged from your history.
Should the Senior Staff Team decide your punishment was valid and believe a reduction should take place, the appeal will be accepted and your punishment will be reduced.
Should the Senior Staff Team decide your punishment was valid and do not believe a reduction should take place, the appeal will likely be denied.

When an appeal is accepted and the punishment is reduced, the punishment duration may be reduced to 50% to 75% of the initial punishment; however, the Senior Staff Team may decide to reduce the punishment however they see fit.
